Sean and Deanne greeted us at the agreed time and showed us around the apartment so that we knew where everything was. They left nice little complimentary starters, including delicious shortbread. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family of four (plus room for one more). Sean was responsive on text throughout our stay and he seemed to genuinely hope that we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and in Weston-super-Mare. Top host!

We had an excellent 5 days at the Kyrenia ground floor apartment. Local milk, shortbread biscuits and tea/coffee was provided, alongside some biscuits and marmalade in case you're peckish from the journey. We enjoyed the garden and all amenities, although we didn't stay long enough to use the laundry. Being the week before the school holidays, we thought there wouldn't be much to do, but we found something every day. Lots of suggestions from Sean himself, and also friendly advice from Stephen from the apartment next door. Advice from us is to take a photo of the chalkboard with all the door codes on before you do anything else, and make sure you have the door code written down on paper in your wallet in case your phone battery dies. Also, ensure you bring dishwasher tablets as none are provided. There was only 2 of us that stayed in the apartment, but would be ideal for a family of 5.

Great location, with parking, and a perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including a welcome pack. Private garden was peaceful. Sean met us and showed us around and was easily contactable for any queries. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's apartment. It was immaculately clean and in a great location on the sea front. The apartment was extremely spacious and the kitchen was superb. Sean met us on arrival and showed us round. We would recommend the apartment to anyone. Also the outside space is fantastic if you have a dog. We would definitely return.
