we enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place. it is by far the best Air BNB stay that we have had in Waterloo. the place is spotless. Chris is responsive and the home has gorgeous light and architectural features. we look forward to returning.

The views off the balcony off the river made me wish it was warmer out so I could have spent time outside. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place if you are traveling to Waterloo or Cedar Falls.

Beautiful property with awesome views of the river! Lots of awesome extras for traveling with young kiddos. Really appreciate having the toys in the loft to play with! We will be back next year for our Christmas in Iowa!

What a beautiful home! It’s as described on the listing. All was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved sitting out on the deck. The view is beautiful. It was fun watching the ducks and geese swimming around right in front of us. It was a perfect getaway for a long girls weekend. We hope to make it an annual visit here!
