We stayed for 7 weeks and had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, has a great view, is in an excellent location, and Maria Alejandra is very friendly and willing to make your stay better. That said, it felt like we weren't high on the priority list at times. For example, the wifi signal was very weak and kept dropping in the bedrooms and office. She immediately said she would reach out to the building management, and when they said they couldn't help, she offered to buy a wifi repeater, which we really appreciated... but then it was 3 weeks until we received it. She included a weekly cleaning service on Fridays, which was awesome, but also scheduled the cleaner to arrive the morning of our departure (Saturday). It felt like we wouldn't have been told had I not proactively suggested that the cleaner didn't need to come the day before we left. This, unfortunately, added extra stress to packing and our departure.
