Amazing house with a beautiful pool. Very well planted and well placed walls which gives great privacy. John is a great host and replies very fast. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Santorini. It’s a beautiful house in a quiet gated estate and an easy walk to the beach. The house is well furnished with very comfortable beds and lots of little extras to make the holiday exceptional. For example, the beautiful outdoor area and pool all with great outdoor furniture. The outdoor showers are wonderful too. We had our grandchildren with us and especially appreciated the shower on the car port to rinse off after getting back from the beach! John was quick and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

Great place, lots of space and the layout was great for large groups - it allowed some privacy when you needed a quiet moment. The outdoor space was nice with plenty of seating and great BBQ & outdoor fridge. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of crockery, cutlery & utensils which made it feel like like home from home. The location was good about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars and the streets were relatively well lit - the 3 umbrellas supplied also proved useful!! Great trip and would definitely recommend John’s home Thank you

“Santorini” is a lovely, comfortable but luxurious property and met or exceeded my expectations at every level. We used it as the venue for an annual catch up with my 3 adult sons plus partners and it met our needs superbly. The home has a real “wow” factor, the pool and outdoor entertaining area being the centrepiece, but when the Port Douglas humidity gets too much you can wander inside to a lovely large lounge/dining/kitchen. The bedrooms and outdoor showers are all all class, and the house is big enough with enough space you dont feel like you are living on top of each other. While the house itself is wonderful, it has also been very well set up, especially for cooking inside and out. You can always tell AirBnBs that the owners use regularly, it has everything you need for a good visit. John was an excellent host, graciously accommodating a specific last minute request and being quick to communicate throughout. We hope to be back!

What I loved about this stay was the communication from the host was great from the booking through to the check in and stay. The house was perfect for 3 families with sectioned areas and everything we needed to stay in, if we wanted to. One of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed at.
