En términos generales la estadía estuvo muy bien! Todo lo de la foto está en el alojamiento. Un par de detalles: el jacuzzi no le funcionó el sistema de burbujas y aparentemente tenía una fuga porque no llenaba siempre. Es una montaña y hay perros y gatos que viven en la zona. Sin embargo, al haber una caneca afuera entraron a revolcarla. No le den comida a los animales que lleguen para que no se queden deambulando. La comunicación con Cristhian es muy buena, siempre atento a recibir llamadas y preguntas.

No hot water in the jacuzzi The hot water in the jacuzzi is solar powered so therefore if it’s been cloudy and raining all day, guess what, no hot water. We were very disappointed not being able to use the jacuzzi as it was the biggest attraction for making the reservation in the first place. The shower also doesn’t have any hot water connected to the system. As it was ‘wet season’ the weather was quite cold so having a shower outside with cold water wasn’t appealing. There’s also a cat that comes up to the property looking for food. We had a bbq at the property and this hungry cat wouldn’t leave us alone, jumping up on the table trying to get to the food. The owners advised us to spray water at it so it would run away but 30 seconds later it would return. Transport was difficult, we had to rely on Cristian to pick us up and take us to the city as taxis didn’t want to make trip up there. Be aware as the hosts tried to charge us 50,000 cop just to take us to the bus terminal on the last day, which is only a 15 minute trip. Should normally be 20,000 cop. Now for the good - Delicious breakfast Cristian is very responsive and helpful Spectacular views Cosy capsule Extremely clean I feel bad leaving a bad review as Cristian is an excellent host and helped us out a lot with transport but people have the right to know what to expect when they arrive. I think it would have been a different experience in the warmer weather but hopefully they install a booster for the hot water and find a home for the cat. Think it would be a very nice place to stay with those luxuries. Thanks Cristian.
