The amenities mentioned were not available. The host before check-in was available but after check-in there was no house caretaker and host didn't respond either. The accessibility to the place is not so ideal either, the road was too steep our car got stuck in the middle and had to go all the way back, get out of the car and trekk our way to the place. We didn't leave the house until check out due to same reason, before coming we were told road is ok,however it's extremely steep. Then host on the day of check in gave me an alternate number to contact because his house caretaker was not available. That guy couldn't understand a word what we were saying and then he came and asked us to delete the number as it was his wife's number. The number he then gave us was switched off all the time. Next day we tried contacting host but he texted back he's busy and will contact later. We asked househelp to bring us some grocery to which he replied i can't go, it's not a safe place, there are decoits everywhere around in the area. The place was stinking not cleaned, not mopped nothing. The amenities mentioned were not available. The Refrigerator, it does not work. It's unplugged and not working. No cooking basics not even salt, no spoon, no mini fridge, the dining inside kitchen was super dirty. There was TV but there was no cable no internet connection nothing, no iron either. No soap to clean dishes. No shampoo no other soap. The carpets were dirty, spent all the time sneezing. The near by househelp kids kept poking my dogs, there was constant distress, i had to chain them up for safety reasons. The house itself was nice but service was pathetic, had it been cleaned and amenities available, the stay could be better. Overall it was a real bad experience, i wouldn't come again for sure.

Excellent value for money. Gorgeous location and house. Super roomy, clean, and comfortable. Kids loved it too. What more can you ask for.

The location is one of the best in Murree, beautiful views with a great large house. The grounds were brilliant for the kids and the caretaker Saleem showed us amazing hospitality. Will definitely consider staying here again.
