Argest: I'm assuming this is a corporate owned Airbrnb since I don't feel as though anyone who owns it has actually stayed at the home to access the "Customer Experience". We had 7 guests staying at the house and there were rooms for 6 with 3 cots crammed into closets. (2 of which were so cheap that they had been broken long ago and were of no use to us). Wording is limited so I'll list our findings here; *Very many lightbulbs burned out, especially on steep stairwells *Receptacles with no covers *Downstairs bed has way too few slats so the cheap memory foam mattress just undulates like a wave. Also blood on the mattress as we striped the beds to leave (Mattress covers and bedbug bags to protect your guests and your investment) *Garbage in the garage hadn't been emptied in weeks and the smell permeated thru the garage door and even got into the car parked in the garage *Chairs and Barstools were cheap and broken and stuffed in a closet off the kitchen *Need floor lamps in living room

looks exactly like the photos. voiced a few minor maintenance issues, lightbulbs being out etc. great view of downtown from the rooftop. they are not kidding when they say a lot of stairs. I have stayed in many townhomes but this one takes the cake for most stairs and tallest. overall great stay, will definitely stay again

so we came here for my bachelorette weekend and i will say the locaction was so perfect very close to where we wanted to be. However the communication with this company is aweful. i Comunicated 5 times we would be checking in early and it was confirmed by Argest. day of we get there early not only is the house not clean or ready for us but the sketchy previous guest was still going in and out 5 hours after his checkout time?! It made my friends and i feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. They werent even going to change the door code be aware that previous guests may be able to come and go anytime. hopefully the hell ive raised has helped resolve this issue and they did send someone out right away to re key the door. the main problem here is that this is owned by investors that have many properties and they use a third party company to communicate, its mostly incorrect auto messages and it shows in the way everything is handled.

Le logement était super grand et bien, mais il manquait beaucoup de commodités. L’hôte répond rapidement donc elle a su répondre à nos besoins vite. Il y a beaucoup de bris/tâches qui seraient facile à réparer. La vue sur Dallas est juste insane du rooftop. Le logement est hyper grand, les chambres et salles de bain parfaites pour avoir chacun notre salle de bain. Je recommande à 100% ce logement !
