Wir hatten hier die beste Zeit! Peter und seine Frau waren außerordentlich freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern – absolut fantastisch und gelegen in einer äußerst ruhigen Nachbarschaft, die wir dem geschäftigen Treiben in Chiang Mai klar vorziehen. Mit Auto oder Scooter erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Chiang Mai in nur 20-30 Minuten. Darüber hinaus haben wir die Begegnungen mit den freundlichen Menschen in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Peter und seine Frau für einen klasse Aufenthalt! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Just finished a month at Peter’s wonderful villa. The dream matched reality. We often went by rental car into Chiang Mai city or excursions into the province, but what an oasis of calm it was to return to the villa. The house was perfectly kept by groundskeeper and pool lady. In a month, nary a bit of debris landed in the pool-always crystal clear and bracing. We cooked our own meals nearly every day and the kitchen was fully equipped and efficiently designed, so it was a pleasure to cook there. We are birders and I was surprised at the bird life in the yard of the house. I counted 54 species within a few hundred yards of the villa. For a Canadian it was exotic to have Green-billed Malkohas, Hoopoe, and Greater Coucals barging about the hedges, not to mention the several sunbirds, barbets, kingfishers in the tree tops, and eagles, buzzards, Baza, and swifts in the sky. We unreservedly recommend this beautiful villa.

This house is very big and comfortable! Looks better than on the photos. It has everything you need! We enjoyed the birds singing all day. We slept very good here. The communication with the host was easy. We loved the huge table in the leaving area. The WiFi was very good and internet was fast. The huge TV was great addition to our holiday. The neighborhood is not walkable, too many barking dogs, and Thai neighbors sometimes put very loud music. Despite this small cons we really enjoyed our stay in this house, and we highly recommend it to everyone!
