I had an amazing stay at Hotel Castro by Kasa. The room exceeded my expectations, mirroring the enticing images online, and it was impeccably clean, boasting an array of wonderful amenities. The staff demonstrated remarkable flexibility and warmth throughout my entire experience, from the seamless check-in process to the hassle-free checkout. Highly recommend!

Perfect location if you want to stay in the Castro. Cute, stylish and cozy rooms. Definitely will be back again next visit to SF.

Good location and clean room. Definitely small but perfect for a 1-2 night crash pad. I did have issues when I tried to extend my reservation. This location seems to monitor their bookings through a different software than airbnb and my extension was not confirmed even though I was charged. I worked with airbnb to refund my payment to try again but still same problem. Kasa tried to get me to pay with them separately but I was waiting on the initial refund and airbnb highly doesn’t recommend payment outside of their site. Ended up being a major headache and airbnb had to find me a separate listing to stay at for that night. Again, good room in a good location. Just maybe book directly through them, not airbnb.
