We had our bachelorette party here and it was so great. Tons of places for everyone to sleep, walking distance from the restaurants in Tremont. Great place!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

The house is beautiful with tons of space for my family. The shower was amazing. Overall comfy and really impressive. A few things soured our experience, unfortunately. There was an extremely strong, unpleasant odor in the garage that seeped into that side of the home. Cigarette butts littered the outside of the property. The floor was only clean-ish. The router name and password provided were not accurate, so it was frustrating to get wifi. The clothes washer was unbelievably loud. Towels were sparse in size and number. Worst of all , though, was that there was no clothing detergent, yet there was a load of sheets and towels from the previous stay in the dryer. Only laundry softener was available. Not only did we have no soap for a load of our clothes we needed to wash (and too late to go out to buy some), but it seemed clear that the property's linens were not being laundered with soap!

The house is built as a luxurious getaway in a historic turned trendy neighborhood, and in most aspects it hits the mark beautifully. Its gorgeous - multiple levels, tall ceilings, roomy/well stocked kitchen, big dining table, sink-into-them couches plenty of pillows, throw blankets that still smell fresh from the laundry - we immediately felt at home! The neighborhood is great! There are restaurants (including Michelin starred Dante), bars, coffee houses, a park, and a convenience store all within easy walking distance. Tremont is a great location in regards to the rest of the city as well - we were never more then a 15 minute drive away from anywhere we wanted to be. Where it fails is in the bedrooms - we knew the beds were all queen sized (weird, but ok), we did not expect them to be dormitory quality- frail bedframes, hard mattresses, thin pillows, poor quality linens that slipped off constantly. A big departure from the opulence of the living quarters and very disappointing
