This place is nice - we had to move here from another one of the host's places because of some issues with parking (not her fault), and the AC (not working under certain temperatures). We just had some minor stuff go wrong - we received warning citations on our cars (2) even though we parked in the visitor's parking. Looks like the hosts didn't know we still needed to get permits to park there. We had to get it sorted with the front office, however, that took time out of a very hectic day for us. Also, I believe the complex has some recreational amenities like a gym, etc. that are listed as available on the Airbnb listing (they might be taken down now). However we weren't notified that those items are only available for guests staying longer than 1 month. The dryer is a bit low power (might take multiple runs to dry clothes), and the AC is only in the living room (not a huge deal). Besides those things, the place itself was good.
The place is super clean. The bed was most comfortable that we have ever slept in an Airbnb There was a glitch in the apps on the tv which could be adjusted real easily. They do need to upgrade their thermostat . But the place is brand new and if those things were fixed I’d rent it in a heartbeat!
Kendra's place is a great little getaway that is so convenient to explore downtown Golden (a short drive or bike ride) as well as get up into the mountains! It is within walking distance of foothills trails and a quick drive to I-70 and Clear Creek Canyon. Her beautiful condo is so neat and clean! If you are looking for a long term stay while visiting friends and family, or need temporary housing while relocating or moving in Colorado, this is the perfect place!
Stayed here for a concert at the Red Rocks & this was a perfect location. Very clean & Kendra was very friendly and helpful!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was accessible and checked on me multiple times. The space was clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back here!
