Really great location and great value! The host was highly communicative and always responded quickly. Check-in was super simple, and it was really easy to come and go as needed. The bnb is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that's perfect for walking and getting a feel for the "local" experience in Kirkland. We went as far north as Bellingham and as far west as Bainbridge Island during our stay, and this location made all of our destinations very accessible.

Charlie was gracious and welcoming. You can tell that he and his wife have really put a lot of thought and care into making their guests comfortable. I chose them because the bed looked comfy and inviting, and it was just heavenly! A great mattress and high quality bedding. I went for a walk in the rain and he suggested I use one of the umbrellas they provide, and I’m so glad I did! The private bathroom was great and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash, in case you forget yours! Definitely a great place!
