Lots of space and great location
Phenomenal experience! Very roomy, fully appointed with every amenity, amazing view, beautifully furnished. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
This place was a gem! Beautifully decorated with an gear sense of style and design. This was like staying in picture from a design magazine. Everything was lovely, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and lovely.
My husband and brother (identical twins) love going home to Independence. As we all live in different states now, it is fun to go back and just relax and reminisce over the good ole’ days. We went with some dear friends and had a fabulous time. The accommodations were perfect, beautifully decorated, clean and every utensil you would need to cook with was provided. The beds were so comfortable, romantic environment, and they have a large deck overlooking the Wapsipinicon River! We would go back in a heartbeat, and we created new memories. I would recommend the Loft on 1st Street to anyone!
I travel a lot and this was the best place I've ever stayed. The location was perfect and the space was wonderful. Top marks.

Brad and I Have been married for seventeen years. We have owned this property for around eight years. We enjoy the beach and are excited to share this special property. I own a salon and spa, so the hospitality business comes easy to me! Brad and I have traveled all over the world, we have experienced staying in hotels and homes we have rented.
