This was the worse Airbnb that I stayed at. Everything was dusty and dirty.The inside of the pillow cushions on the couch had so much debris and trash. The floors were dusty, sheets were dirty that we had to wash before laying down. The washing machine has mold, the showers have mold, shower curtains stained, the kitchen drawers were filled with dirty utensils. The mold around the shower was so disgusting. The rugs in bathroom full of dirt and urine. The air conditioning units were filled with dirt and dust. The smell in this place was very old. It was so bad in this place I didn’t even unpack. The areas are spacious but that’s about it with the lay out of it for a large group is the only reason for a star. They charge a big cleaning fee but needs a deeeeep cleaning before renting out to anyone else. Had to park on a street and the area is not safe at all. The whole area looks like the projects. Please run and don’t rent from this host unless everything is updated.

Pros: There’s three separate places in one! My family of five, father, & brother (active duty military member) all stayed here and were able to be close and have our own separate spaces whenever we wanted to. I’ve rented plenty of spaces in Cleveland but never like this!! Con: There was no driveway. This is of no fault of their own but I had to park around the corner a couple of times and walk. Word of advice: Drop your things off at the side of the house with your hazards on, find a parking spot, and then get situated.

I know it’s not the renters fault, but me and 5 of my friends woke up without power our first two days, phones and laptops dead which has caused us to miss out on work, no heat and freezing cold 10 degree weather, unable to shower, cook and see from the lack of light. A third party was used to facilitate relocation and any matters concerning the outage. They offered airbnbs without enough beds three times, and all of the airbnbs on their website that were listed with enough beds were currently being rented, despite being advertised as available online. I had the third party reach out to the owner who was very nice and spoke with me about going to bat for us with Airbnb to get a refund. I have called Airbnb four times and have been told that a supervisor would be in contact with me for several days and that has yet to happen.

I really appreciate their quick responses to our messages. Also, we were confused about the loft location and how to find it, but once we did, it is a sweet little apartment. Seating isn't sufficient for the maximum number of people listed if you plan to gather in the main living area on the first floor. The bedrooms are well-appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and sufficient.
