This expansive penthouse loft has panoramic views of the largest downtown square in America. With direct access to the Derryberry Breadery downstairs for fresh bread, coffee, craft beer, artisan pizza, and evening events like open mic and karaoke! Less than a mile right down the street from the amazing bike trails and the new Lehigh State Park! On the second floor of the historic Shannon Hardware building, the unit is an eclectic mix of industrial, rustic, and modern decor with a queen bed, huge shower, tons of natural light, and plenty of space for any activities.

Great location
Loved our stay at this spacious loft! It had lots of space, but was still cozy. The area was nice and quiet. The loft itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for a quick or small breakfast before we went out to explore. LOVED the giant shower; it felt very luxurious.
This place was incredible! The location was very convenient and perfect walking distance to bars, restaurants, and local shopping. The loft was clean and beautiful - such a great space! It was very nice to have the full kitchen to cook in and the pool table for entertainment. I would definitely come back to this location for another getaway.

The property is located on the NW corner of the largest town square in America, where you have quick access to a myriad of local shops, restaurants, and other activities. Head south less than a mile on Washington to hit the trails at the Lehigh-Portland State Park, or continue north on the Prairie Spirit Trail that runs over 50 miles to Ottawa.
I suggest parking on Washington street on the West side of the building. My favorite way to get around is by bike. There is a free bike share in town through Thrive Allen County
