The place is very clean, comfortable and spacious for 6 of us. The garden, pool and playgrounds were well maintained. The kids had a nice time playing outdoor. Although it was a short stay, we had a lovely time and made great memories. thank you.

Room was clean, but we didnt have a good communication at all. There is an electronic key that should be pushed firmly to get the kettle work, this is just like a mechanical thing not an electromagnetic thing like other hotels. Seeing the kettle isnt working, I took it off and asked them for a replacement. I didnt even say the kettle was so dirty having something like mold in it. They gave me a replacement. After I got back home I saw the new one isnt working again and I found out and remembered they have told me that I have to push the key firmly. Anyway I was happy we could get a working kettle no matter its not clean again I washed it 3 times. Then I tried to find cups and I saw one on the upper shelf that wasnt clean, I thought the rest of the cups are missing, I didnt look at shelf at the bottom. When I went out to the reception, the guy was so aggressive that I was shocked! He could explain the thing politely but I thought this can not be a safe place. The lady was polite though.

Great motel with everything you need. The room was perfect for what we needed and our kids loved they pool. Everything was very clean and Neetu was very helpful in accommodating our late check-in.

This place is a lot better than shown. I had the expectation of staying in the same room as my 4 children and 2 infants but there was a master room for the family room. Which was amazing and very much preferred. The pool was the highlight for my boys. The pool was kept exceptionally clean and was clean daily whilst we stayed the 2 nights. The owners where extremely friendly and their little dog Charlie was such a sweet little softy. The room was massive and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Seeing as though there was 8 of us staying in the one room. I throughly enjoyed staying here. I had only booked this place for beds for the family and I as I was visiting my brother, sister in law and niece but we made the absolute most of our stay. Not to mention when we went out our beds were freshly made with fresh towels. Something we didn’t expect but made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be booking here as a family again! Keep up the great work!
