Adam's place was amazing. From the beautiful decor to the immaculate pool and outdoor area, we loved it on sight. Only 200 yards from the beach, this was the perfect house in the ideal location. Adam was attentive and responsive to all of our needs making the whole experience, from arrival to departure, outstanding. Jessica and Harold were the property caretakers with Jessica running the inside doing all the cleaning and laundry, while Harold ensured the outside was pristine. Both were so helpful and absolutely lovely. We are planning on returning next year for sure. Thank you for everything Adam!

Adam made our first trip to Nicaragua smooth from beginning to end! The house is beautiful, clean and modern. Everyone through our stay was fantastic. Jenny, Jarol, Jessica and Maria. The beach, surf and local restaurants were all great. We also had a chef cook local Nicaraguan food. Amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful home and pool. Super comfortable, clean. Two minute walk to the beach. Loved his staff who came everyday. Muy amable. My only issue was that the kitchen is missing basics, which is unfortunate because it is one of the nicest kitchens in Iguana. (I live in Nicaragua and have rented many homes along the beach.) Thoughtful layout. Wonderful appliances. Normally, one does not go to the beach to cook. But I was a few days out from Thanksgiving and needed to focus attention on food prep. Even if you don't want to cook, there are no platters to put together something to nibble on for cocktails. There were no wine glasses, so we left a few for Adam. Hopefully, he can take it from there. It really is a beautiful, comfortable, clean home. I would stay again.
