Absolutely gorgeous location - stunning views everywhere you look. The photos here don't do it justice, be sure to look at the property's Insta photos. As city-dwellers, the farm tour was so fun and far exceeded our expectations. Toni and Alessandra were so warm and welcoming, and cooked us amazing, authentic meals at the villa. Our group was 14 family members aged 10 to 85 and everyone slept comfortably in beautiful and well-appointed "farmhouse charm" rooms. There was plenty of common living space and bathrooms, and air conditioning (key in the July heat). The absolute best part of this property in the summer heat is the pool - it's large and well-maintained, and there are lounges, a bathroom, a fridge, a bar, and a shaded area to sit, and it also has incredible views. We ate plums we picked from trees on-site, and the fresh vegetable baskets were delicious. Our hosts were very responsive to every question and need. Would definitely stay again!

Magnifique, incroyable et magique! Il manquait 2-3 bricoles mais rien de grave. La maison est tellement belle! Tout était très bien organisé. Il faudrait peut-être mieux indiquer l’accès à la villa.

An absolutely gorgeous house and gardens, set among olive trees. The layout, with the main house and two annexes, was perfect for our group of 4 families, everyone could have their own space. Lots of lovely places to sit and relax, and that pool was just beautiful. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and a tour of the farm was fantastic for the little ones. A welcoming hamper full of homegrown vegetables was a lovely surprise. We got chef Nino to cook for us all one evening and that was incredible too. Thanks again to the team, we all had a great time!

This is an amazing property for a large group stay. Every now and then, a vacation property is actually better than the listing - this was one of those times. The pool area is stunning and has nice breezes on hot days. The property has been furnished and decorated with care to the standard of a high-end guesthouse. The rooms are separated by private locks and sleep 2-4 each. Most rooms had their own air-conditioning, mini-fridge, tea kettle and other amenities. Due to the room configuration, it may be more suitable for adults and older children - we made it work in a group of 15 with ages ranging from 6-76. The location is in the countryside about 20 minutes from Cefalu. There was a caretaker on site in a neighbouring building during our stay, which made us more comfortable with the remote location. We were fortunate to meet the owner, who is from Palermo, and for the kids to meet some of the farm animals next door. We would definitely consider returning.
