I’m know it’s not advertise as a 5 star accom but surely you’d expect a home that is at this price point of $850 per night to have power points that work, not have cockroaches in the washing machine, holes in walls, crayons on walls, dog poo in the garden, exposed electrical wiring of lights, showers with mould, showers with the seals that fall off. Full rubbish and recycling bins full of beer bottles to welcome us on our stay. Bulging tiles on the path that isn’t lit for people to trip on, missing tiles completely on the same path. A back gate that doesn’t actually close and lock, knifes so blunt your better off using a spoon to cut things. Plus having your contractors come onto the property to service the spa and mow lawns during guests stay. But the large number of beds was great for our group. Lister gave a credit to our bill which was appreciated based on our concerns but felt like they just wanted rid of us. If all you need is lots of beds then it’s great but certain needs TLC

great location. quiet street. house is old and not well looked after or cleaned. one shower was excessively moldy and unusable for safety reasons.

Great place to stay. We were 5 friends and there was lots of room. We enjoyed our stay at the house and loved the spa pool. Excellent and responsive communication. Highly recommend.
