The owners are kind, but the building is pretty grimey and has this very strong scent throughout the building and in the room, as if they’re trying to hide mold or some other smell. The roof has leak stains, the bed has few stains, but if you are short on money the place is tolerable.
very convenient as we needed something to book very late. the concierge was very helpful with check in. very attentive to our needs and requests as well. quick to respond at all times.

This is my favorite place to stay in all of Panama City, great host, great apartment, super clean and fresh, amazing location, best grocery store in all of Panama City next door, amazing park and ocean access, malls, everything is right at your finger tips, and they have a great cafe downstairs!
Great place, clean & pristine communication. Mr. Milton and his team were great. Would recommend without hesitation. Great location as well. There’s a pretty good cafe downstairs and it’s at walking distance from restaurants, super markets, pharmacy’s and like 5 minute drive from the most premium mall in town.
