Very cute place, exactly as described right across a lightly trafficked road from the beach. The owner, Kate, responded immediately to every question, check-in instructions were clear and precise, the place was spotless, and it's great to have two bedrooms with king beds so if you travel with another couple, neither of you have to compromise on bed size. Great value for the location and we would definitely stay here again. It is a very comfortable, value priced beach rental, not a luxury vacation rental, that filled the perfect niche for two sets of parents wanting a comfortable place to stay while visiting their adult children nearby. Very close to large selection of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and activities.

Location was perfect. One minute from beach access and a short walk from restaurants and other shops. Place was a great size and the beds were nice a comfy, would definitely come back again.

It was a beautiful place and Kate is a wonderful host very quick responses back to any questions I had, I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know and I will definitely be coming back to stay here!!

Kate's place has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's in a great location in walking distance of several eating places and the bridge but still in a quiet atmosphere. Kate messaged me periodically to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!
