This is the most expensive Airbnb we've ever rented but it does seem to be the going rate in this area. It was a beautiful spot and the house was comfortable and mostly clean. We traveled with 4 kids and 2 adults. The house was clean with the exception of the white chair in the living room. It has what appears to be 1 blood spot and then some other stains on the arms and the front. We just avoided sitting in it. Otherwise, the house was very clean. It is an old home and has that old home smell. There is a lot of space and the kids enjoyed their rooms. We did find the basement to be unusable except to do laundry. The kids were too creeped out to be down there alone and my oldest is 15. There is also only 1 TV in the whole house and questionable doorknobs. I don't feel that it matched the level of quality we've had in other airbnb's. It was functional, warm and a safe place to stay but we wouldn't rent again. Also, the driveway is a major hazard. There's ZERO visibility to traffic coming from the driver's side. Almost every time we pulled out we cut off a car. Thankfully they were going slow enough not to hit us but I think that was just luck.

The house was great for our large family. Let you of bedrooms and space. The yard was great and the back porch was a perfect space to be outside and avoid the bugs. The house is older and has worn floors and older fixtures, but it just adds to the charm.
