A mile away from the beach and a short walk to local shops, you’ll also find the 700 bus route taking you Worthing town centre, Brighton or Portsmouth. Just a 10 minute walk to West Worthing station giving good links to Gatwick and London with Brighton only a 20 minute journey away. The flat is on the first floor and on entering you head up the stairs into the open plan living room and kitchen. The living room offers a comfy sofa and a swivel chair and free view TV with large windows allowing plenty of light and air in. The kitchen is well equipped for you to cook up a storm including, oven, microwave, induction hob, George Foreman grill, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer and most importantly a kettle. Down the hallway, first door on the left is the first bedroom, this is a large double bedroom with a kingsize bed, free view TV and newly fitted wardrobes, the travel cot and its bedding is located in this room. Sneak back out and turn left into the hallway and you’ll come three cupboards on your right, the middle cupboard contains the washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry detergent is supplied. Now head to the next door on your left and you’ll be in the second double bedroom, again with newly fitted wardrobes, free view TV and a double bed. There is a good sized bathroom with heated towel rail and shower over the bath. Parking is available for one car on the drive (nearest the communal path) with further free parking on the road if needed. The TV’s come with free view channels but are all set for Netflix, Prime, BBC iPlayer and ITVx. There is a dedicated work space available for a laptop/study on request.
