When we arrived the password to enter the house was incorrect. I was able to contact management who gave me a correct password within a few minutes. When we entered the house there was a cheetos bag on the kitchen counter and some cheetos on the floor, the garbage bins were not emptied in the kitchen or bathrooms. The beds appeared to be made. I called manager asking if the house was cleaned stated it was not due to an error but the beds were clean. They offered a 350 dollar refund or a cleaner first thing in the AM. The air conditioning was not working initially but they sent an HvAc worker out immediately and it was fixed promptly. The remainder of our stay was enjoyable with friendly neighbors and nice view of the lake. Would recommend as long as these issues are addressed in future.
