A king bedroom sits off the living space with a slick shower room. Downstairs has a fresh feel with space and art on the walls. The main bedroom with its big patio doors to a terrace lights up any early morning; your peace will only be interrupted by the jolly cry of seagulls. The en-suite shower room is vast. Accommodation is on two levels with bedrooms on both the ground and first floor and all living accommodation on the first floor. Access to the first floor is up a flight of stairs. Ground Floor - Bedroom 1: King bed with patio door access to the terrace area and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: twin beds with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: bunk bedroom with desk and PC monitor. First Floor - Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite bathroom. Ground Floor - family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, sink, WC, towel radiator. Ensuite bathrooms off bedrooms 1 and 2. There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the house. The centre of Moelfre is less than 10 minutes walk where there is a pub, cafes, an ice cream parlour and independent shops.
