That apartment itself was of a good size, location is roughly 20mins walk to tram stop with mostly flat roads so not too tiring. We did have a small issue with the apartment cleanliness, I felt as though it wasn’t cleaned before o got there. To be fair to the host it may well have been due to a misunderstanding about when we were due to arrive(we arrived a few hours before what he thought) host was responsive regarding the issue. And we eventually came to a conclusion. The price of the apartment is good for the location and the apartment itself

Wessam is a great host, very helpful and approachable. Wessam came to pick us up from the bus station because our flight was delayed by five hours and we reached Istanbul at midnight. He ensured that we reached the flat without any problems and explained everything we needed to know about the place. Gave us lots of information and recommendations.

Great neighborhood with lots shops, supermarkets, parks. Wessam is a good host. Apartment is large but could be cleaner.
