Manan's a great host..

We would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful, clean, spacious yet affordable. We used this for business and planning to use for family soon. Also Manan is very nice and will check you every now and then. We will absolutely come back to this place! Thank you so much 🤍

In terms of positives the house is a great size in a great location. Check in was pretty easy too. Manan was pretty quick with responses. That’s were the positives end. The house was dirty when we arrived, the floors had not been swept, there was at least 20 flys inside around the windows, we found a Cannabis bud on the kitchen floor, not ideal with young children crawling around. We did raise this with Manan who apologised but just said he would speak to the cleaners. The en-suite shower is definitely in need of a deep clean. There are very little household items within the property, we had to buy various items to make our stay comfortable. Our stay was ok but it could be so much better if it’s cleaned properly and properly stocked. Especially given the high price (even after a deal) against other properties in the area.

Host is very responsive but the house needs to be better cleaned and the linens situation is poor. All 3 beds only had fitted sheets & duvets; top sheets are needed. Bath towels are stained, and there’s no soap in the showers. There’s clearly been parties at the house recently with balloon fragments tapped to walls/outdoor railing; cigarette butts all over the front lawn, garbage in the garage.

The place worked for us, though we were surprised that the house was low stocked - a place that sleeps 8 people, we only had 6, but there were only 3 forks & 3 towels … luckily we were able to ask a local family member to lend us supplies! Other than us not being better prepared, it was clean & spacious. A nice quiet neighborhood & we enjoyed the time we spent there :) thank you again!
