Jen and Brian's condo was the absolute BEST for us. The complex and the condo are very clean, all amenities are top notch and everything is within walking distance. (so many restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops and of course, the beach!!) The pool is crystal clear, a wonderful way to cool down anytime of day. The neighbours are very friendly as well. The complex itself is gated and very quiet. It is approximately 100 meters inland from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street so sleeping is easily achieved. The noisiest part of our 10 day stay was the beautiful song birds chirping in the morning! Brian and Jen made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to our questions. They even left us a bottle of wine as they knew we were on our honeymoon. We are planning on going back to Costa Rica and will no doubt book our stay with Jen and Brian. We absolutely LOVED it. Highly recommend!

The location and space was exactly what I needed for my first experience in Costa Rica. My host was so incredibly helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. I’m never had a host this helpful before and I am so grateful! The proximity to Coco Beach is perfect!!

Nice condo in a quiet street in the busy touristy area of Coco. We enjoyed the location. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, shops and groceries all just a few minutes walk away. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the pool. Great hosts communicated proactively and check on us via text every day to see if we needed anything.

Perfect location, jennifer and Brian responded very quickly when we need help with tv & laundry card. I’d like to see the kitchen with a few storage containers with lids and plastic wi e glasses for pool, otherwise it would have received 5 stars!
