We had an initial issue with the check in as we were checking in late, but after the check in everything went smoothly. the place is right next to a tram station so easily connected to all places, plus it was clean and spacious.

Liebe Familie Herzog, vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem geräumigen, sauberen und mit allem Wichtigen und Richtigen ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihre Umgebung ist absolut traumhaft und abwechslungsreich, insbesondere mit Hund! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünschen Ihnen bis dahin alles Gute. This home was accommodating for our 4 person and 2 pet group. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and also hang out in the house and we were providing 2 parking spaces. This house is listed on Air BnB through a separate company and not the owners, which made communication quite difficult. For example, the app/listing allowed me to choose 2 pets but when we met the owners they were very surprised we had pets with us and stated they were unaware and that they only allow 1 pet regardless. Instead of a cleaning fee, we had to clean the house. This was not because of the pets as that was a separate fee, but that’s just how they do business. I highly suggest you read the entire contract before booking if that is possible.
