We had a very good stay at this place. The location is near a bus stop that is convenient to the downtown. James is friendly and always willing to help. Because of the great stay, me and my other family member had a fantastic memory of this trip. Hope to have a next chance to stay in the stay spot.

The best host, very responsive and helpful. Everything is exactly as listed and it’s very clean and spacious for us 6 adults & 3 children. James made our first Seoul trip at ease with all the helps from him. Our flight arrived late but James was very kind to have waited us and responded to us very quickly when we had a hard time finding his house. He even send us few local food places link so we can explore around the area. There is convenient store just down the street 5 mins walk and some restaurants with good food by walk. To visit other places, it’s very convenient to go by taxi. HIGHLY recommended!

This is my second time staying at this house. James was still very enthusiastic and helped us a lot, whether it was booking a car or ordering food delivery. Friends who stayed here liked it very much. Because the house is far from the subway station, we found that the bus at the intersection is very convenient to get to everywhere, including the airport bus. The house is very warm and clean, with all the necessary equipment. When we arrived early, James was very generous in letting us store our luggage first.

Thank you James for making our stay in Seoul a very comfortable and warm experience. The overall environment of this house is very clean, and the shower equipment has a very stable water temperature in cold weather. He was very helpful and patient in helping us book airport transfers and meal delivery. This would be a perfect place to stay when visiting Seoul.
