The house is located in a quiet area, which was nice for relaxation, and it was kept clean throughout my stay. The location is close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and dining options. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

Danny was a great host; he was flexible with us with our check-in and check-out, he was polite and checked in on us without being overbearing, and had simple, reasonable guidelines on what to do before leaving. The rental is exactly like the photos, very clean and accommodating, quiet, and overall quite enjoyable. We didnt bring pets, but noticed there is a welcome basket for them with pet supplies, which is a kind gesture. The keypad works great, I got in easily, and there is a motion-sensor outdoor light to illuminate the house number while driving by, which was extremely convenient, as we arrived at nighttime. Very nice touch. Excellent location within the city-- nearby to anything you want to do, but outside of the hustle for peaceful evenings and sleeping. Loved this host and rental.

While we were only staying one night during a long drive home, Danny made us feel welcome on short notice. Everything was as described as pictured and Danny provided us TONS of links for local interests. Since we had our 2 dogs along, we especially liked the paved trail accessible at the end of the road. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Lexington. Danny was super responsive to our messages and checked in on us periodically. The community recommendations were a huge help for us. We were in town for a concert at Rupp Arena and were hoping to be able to walk but felt it was further away from the house than described.
