We were really surprised at how comfortable it was just like our own home and neighborhood! Just had a great time being away and feeling good about it.
We really enjoyed our stay. Maggie and Jim are super friendly and responded quickly to our needs. The home was spotless & very organized. The kitchen and laundry are fully stocked with the essentials and more. The location is easy to get to. It was nice to have a home to relax, in between all of the holiday businessness. We would definitely stay here again.
worth every penny
We had a very nice stay here. It was simple, clean, thoughtfully curated and exactly what we hoped for. It was nice to have a sufficient amount of coffee for the duration. I only spoke with Jim once during the stay but he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall wr had an excellent experience here.
Very comfortable stay for 1-2 people. This was my second time staying here and would come again!

This home does have neighbors with dogs that bark as a warning, we are trialing an ultrasounic birdhouse to help deter dog from barking when guests are outside. The neighborhood is safe and close to all things. Walking distance to Perry Farm walking trails and the Kankakee River. Closeby are Jewel and Kroger grocery stores, bars, restaurants, schools (ONU and BBCHS) and shopping. Just down the street from a Jimmy Johns and DQ within walking distance! We grew up in the area and have homes close by and absolutely love walking the neighborhoods. If you love to walk you will have plenty to explore!
