Loved the amenities and local restaurants. However, there is a desk in the photos and that was necessary for our stay. There was no desk and the TV screen has seen better days. Otherwise, a great stay!

Nice view of the bay. Place is perfect for 2 ppl. Size of a hotel room. Nice patio to sit on

On arrival I noticed the mattress was sinking in instantly down to the bed frame boards. I was too tired to say anything until the next morning. I told Luis that I was heading into town to get a mattress pad because the mattress was very worn out and past it’s prime. He told me thanks for your feedback. I was not given the option of changing different rooms so I just dealt with the bad mattress until Friday morning I couldn’t take it any longer and went and got a hotel for my back. I messaged Luis and the next day he refunded me the 27 dollars I paid for a mattress pad. I really do hope they get a new mattress otherwise I would give a better review. Please note: the dock out front is under repair so you can’t use it so that should be listed. Everything else was ok and the area is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. So peaceful. It’s so nice being able to be within a five minute walk to either the beach OR the pool/hot tub. It was also nice to be able to check out bocce ball, shuffle board, and corn hole equipment! I would recommend coming with a car since there aren’t many grocery stores or restaurants nearby (outside of the two within the community). Overall, we loved it! Saw dolphins multiple times!
