The apartment was clean, quiet, and I felt very safe. It’s only 1/2 mile from town so it’s an easy walk. Austin responded quickly each time I had a question.

My girlfriend & I enjoyed our stay at Austin’s place and would definitely be checking it out next year in April for MiniNats 2025 for sure! I’ve stayed in many other AirBnB’s before and i have to say this go around felt more like a home than just a roof to sleep under while we were on vacation. From the cute notebook acting as a journal for everyone staying to the binder with the Rules/Instructions on Check out/Recommendations for the town of Waynesville NC (that really helped as we were in Maggie Valley for the truck show about 85% of our trip! Overall this stay was the best by far! Highly recommend anyone reading this to book with Austin as you won’t be disappointed!

Wow, definitely one of the best AirBnB's I've had in a long time. Everything was exactly as stated and so clean and comfy! Austin is a great host and always respond quickly. I stayed for 3 weeks while I was in the process of moving to Waynesville and couldn't have been in a better spot! It is easy to walk to Frog Level and downtown, in yet, it's quiet and cozy. It has everything you need for a short or long stay and it's especially nice to have the washer/dryer in the unit! The main living space is bright and cheery and the bedroom stays nice and dark for good sleeping! The patio is an added bonus! The welcome book is nice with restaurant, activity, and shopping recommendations. I wouldn't change a thing! I definitely recommend it!

Austin was great, especially since I booked at the last minute under the duress of the surprise loss of a close family member. I felt safe and even walked back from a restaurant alone one night and felt fine. Very close to the restaurants and happenings in downtown Waynesville. While modest, it felt cozy and safe. Definitely reasonably priced for what you get. I would book there again but this time, for happy reasons. :)
