AmaIng house in the campaigns of Montespertoli. Amazing view, very peaceful And private staying. Patrizia was very collaborative and clear on instructions. Great suggestions.

This is a beautiful spot in Tuscany and was only 40 minutes from Florence which made for some great day trips. The driveway had recently been washed away a bit which made it extremely difficult to get up and down so we eventually parked at the top of the driveway and had to walk up and down multiple times during our stay. With two small children it wasn’t ideal but Patrizia was very accommodating and her husband helped us get our luggage up to the top on the final day. She also said it was going to be fixed so I’m sure it won’t be a concern for others moving forward. The house was bigger than expected but keep in mind it’s an old house. There were many large bugs throughout the house and it took a bit for the hot water to get to the upstairs floor but everything else was lovely. Lots of good space. Beautiful Italian kitchen. Beds were very comfy and the primary bathroom upstairs is very nice. Beautiful scenery.

In short, Patrizias is Airbnb is wonderful. In the heart of the Chianti Region you'll find everything you need. As usual in that Region best come by car with some moderate driving skills. Nothing to serious, but good to know. Thank you again Patrizia and hopefully we can come again. Really nice place.

So beautiful and peaceful. I fully recommend for a special retreat to enjoy the country side. There are very few things around so make sure you plan some shopping ahead.

Patrizia is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I have ever had. I will definitely be going back to her property.
