Guillermo's house on Calle Cordel was comfortable, clean, well equipped and within easy walking distance to a range of shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms were adequate, though not overly spacious and could be noisy in the early morning if the windows were not closed. The downstairs living rooms were comfortable but tended to be somewhat dark. The outdoor space was was limited in size and not really big enough as a space for all to spend time in. The house is close (about 200 metres) to the Avenida and the beaches at Playa Honda where there are some very nice restaurants. Guillermo's colleagues, Barbara and Gabriela responded very quickly to any queries we had.

The house is located in the perfect part of the town. It's close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall, city center, and there's a bike rental next to it. The neighborhood is quiet, you can rest at night. We found everything just like in the photos and the description. The host was proactive, communicative, and very kind. I would recommend full-heartedly this place for couples with kids and bigger families. If you want to avoid touristy places, would like to have locals as neighbors, like to be close to the beach, and want to avoid tourist-trap restaurants, this is the place to stay at!

Gréât location, close to the beach. Clean, easy check in and clear communication. Nice restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner. Bike hire 1 minute down the road too, which was great to explore the nearby areas.
