We had an amazing stay in the Caboose! It is such a unique place to stay, full of character and history. The space is so well used, with a bathroom, kitchen, shower, beds, and common area all fit into the train car. Our kids loved it, and so did we. In the morning, we all climbed up into the high seats in the morning to enjoy the lovely view and the coziness. We also ate dinner at the Steaming Tender, owned by the same folks, and highly recommend both the food and the ambience of the converted railroad station. It was all a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it!

My nephews loved the caboose. It was big enough for them to run around in and play. We appreciated the s’more and firewood. We had a memorable time!

My son loved our weekend adventure ‘on the train’ and we would enjoy returning again. It was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend the experience. It was clean, comfortable, atmospheric, imaginative, and a very unique getaway, with a wonderful host. I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the town more. Next time!

We had a wonderful weekend with our grandchildren in the caboose. We enjoyed the train based games and books. Robin provided s’more kits which were a big hit too!

Staying in the caboose was so much fun! Even better than the pictures. which were good already. The caboose directly overlooks a set of tracks, although it's on the less active side. The owners were great hosts, and they really take care of you at the restaurant when you are staying in the caboose!
