Alana is an amazing host - very responsive and helpful in any way possible. Very responsive to messages and calls and does everything in her power to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This location is very convenient and close to many great things to do and has lots of sleeping space if you’re traveling in a group. Would totally recommend!

Great house and great stay. Alana was also very helpful when one of the guest lost a ring in the house after the stay.

This is our third time using Alana's place and we use it because it is very close to a metro station and has the sleeping quarters we need for our students and chaperones. It's not a mansion, but it is very serviceable, with sleeping quarters for 12+ and very accessible location. The only negatives would include a dearth of napkins, paper towels, and cleaning tools (vacuum and dustpan). Also, the water pressure in 2 of the 3 bathrooms is quite feeble. We plan to use this house again, as it checks all of the boxes of our basic needs for a Washing ton, DC trip. Thanks, Alana!

Alana is such an awesome host! We travelled in a large group and we asked to extend the check out time for about 3 hours and Alana was generous enough to accommodate our request. The house is spacious and has lots of things to do. Definitely worth the money!
