WOW. We were looking for a place to stay in the area that would be unique and fun but still a little low-key. Mary-Beth and the houseboat "Dolphin" did not disappoint. The place had everything, and anything else we needed was right there close. The place was clean, and Mary-Beth was proactive in reaching out and coordinating with us as we got close. She did a great job at check-in, walking us through the boat systems and knowledgeable about what questions we might have over the next few days. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway houseboat experience! Incredibly clean and cozy, not even 1 bug in site for being on a boat at a marina. Being sailors ourselves, Mary-Beth did an excellent job with this place. Sitting up on the deck in the morning with coffee and watching the stars at night was perfect for the escape we needed. Marina was great with clean showers and very friendly staff and neighbors! Lots of parking and a beach right across the street on the inlet with easy access and the oceanfront is just down the road. If you want a great little boat vacay, this is the place to book. If you've never stayed on a boat before, this is the 1st place to start! We'll be back for sure!

What can I say, I loved my stay so much that I've already booked the place again. So quite here at night. Just relaxing on the top deck looking out at the stars. If you need to just get away from reality and slow down for a few days this is where you need to be. The Marina has a little bar to have some drinks and listen to live music. The food truck in the parking lot is amazing. Stop by Saltys next door and rent a jetski if you want to spend some time on the water. I highly recommend this place

An amazing stay, so much more than we anticipated. A very unique experience and accurately described; Mary-Beth is one of the best Host we have had. The house boat is so clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor decks and being rocked to sleep each night. As a unique stay on a boat, it is a little different than a land stay, take the time on arrival to read the tips Mary-Beth provides to save any confusion later. The location at the marina is fantastic, everyone was so friendly; the bar with live music and food truck were just steps away and so much fun. There is also a lot to do right there at the marina.: Jet Ski, kayak, paddle board rentals, tiki boat tours, fishing excursions, electric bike rentals, and even helicopter rides. The beach across the street with an aquarium were also beautiful and very convenient as well as several great restaurants in walking distance.

We very much enjoyed our stay on the houseboat. It was just as pictured, very cozy inside and we very much enjoyed all the outside areas. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the decks, and a glass of wine in the evening. Mary-Beth was so nice and very responsive anytime I sent a message. We had flight delays and got to the place way later than expected. Mary-Beth made sure the lights were on when we got there, A/C on in the bedroom and the place was open. We really appreciated that after the long trip. We also liked the marina, the people we encountered were friendly and it was nice having the little bar, the wet whistle there. A houseboat may not be for everyone but I’m glad we stayed at the Dolphin.
