Emilio’s spot was great. A renovated barn with plenty of space. 3 min drive from downtown Wilmington. Quiet, secluded, clean. Hot tub was easy to operate. Thank you, we would definitely stay again.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Nice kitchen, clean, lots of sleeping space, the hot tub was awesome, and the location was nearby Wilmington, so grabbing food/groceries was super easy. I have two nitpicks: 1. When booking with Airbnb, Emilio directs you to use a separate website called Hostaway, which I had not used before. His instructions asked for a photo ID upload (though he waived this requirement for our group) and required signing a separate rental agreement on that site. Overall, this process felt unusual and unfamiliar. 2. There was a $265 cleaning fee, but the check-out instructions stated that guests must gather all sheets and towels and also sweep the floors (and Emilio's message about the clean-up process differed from the booklet instructions). If these tasks aren't completed, guests are warned that they may face additional charges. Considering this, the cleaning fee seems high given that guests are expected to perform significant cleaning themselves.

Great stay! The barn/cabin a great, cozy place for two couples. Easy, quick access to Mount Snow and to downtown Wilmington. Would stay again.

Adorable spot 5 min to super cute Wilmington downtown and 40 min to the slopes. Great for a ski weekend w friends.
