Dirks place is in the heart of the action on Thesen Island. Easy walking out your door to restaurants, coffee shops, wharf and harbor tours and shopping. Clean, stylish place with great bed and shower. Nice kitchen area. One downside was lack of AC, so it got quite warm in afternoon - but cooled off nicely at night.

If you're looking for a central location on Thesen Island with immediate access to restaurants, shops, and the water's edge, and you're wanting lock up and go with modern clean facilities, easy and safe parking, then this is the right spot! A perfect place for work or play and some exercise options like walking, canoeing, running, and highly recommended. PS Noise of band/music at restaurant opposite and night life may be a concern for those wanting early nights and are very noise sensitive, but as previous reviewers mentioned, with windows closed, it was fine and it's not an every night occurrence, not past midnight on busy nights, and did not impact restful sleep. Mornings quiet.

Super Unterkunft auf der schönen Thesen Island. Wunderschöne Ausstattung, sehr tolles Design, alles was man benötigt ist in bestem Komfort vorhanden. Check-in und Check-out sehr flexibel und einfach. Toller Gastgeber! Kostenloser Parkplatz und tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Great place to stay for a few days whilst on business. Instructions were spot on. Convenient and undercover parking. Extremely comfortable with everything required. Nespresso machine, rusks, bottles of water and select items in the fridge made the stay extra special. Highly recommend.
