This is a very sweet studio apartment with a nice efficiency kitchen. It is quiet both in the units and with the neighbors. I really enjoyed being in a real neighborhood, and the walking paths visible out the window and just down the street are an amazing tour of this kind of German small village living. The sounds of the nearby church bell were delightful. Although this flat is outside of the city center, the short walk to the tram and the twenty minutes into the city center pass very quickly. It is also an excellent location to bike to and from. The local restaurants and shops are very good.
