Cozy condo was great! Centrally located, easy access and designated parking spot. Tyler was great at answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The condo was comfortable, nice TVs, clean kitchen and bathroom. We definitely recommend cozy condo and will be booking it next time we visit Cookeville.

Cute place and Tyler was very responsive and helpful. However, this is listed as a non smoking place and it smells very strongly of cigarette smoke. Tyler explained it may have been neighbors but the stairwell didn’t smell like smoke, and the unit did. Nice guy, offered a full refund, and we took it because we had our infant with us. Bummed that the listing didn’t represent what the place actually is
