Amazing rental condo fully furnished, short or long term available. The location is in Lake Carolina Town Center (see maps). The brand new condo is 720 sq ft. and it has a brand new kitchen that is fully stocked with supplies including a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.. All silverware, dishware, pots, and pans are provided. The dining area provides 4 people. A fireplace, large smart TV, Wifi, Direct TV, and Netflix is provided. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

New host's that just posted listing and didn't know anyone booked so quickly. This explained the delay in chat response, and I completely understood. When I arrived I called Ms Anna and getting checked in and settled for the evening was accommodated for right away. The place gives me a studio vibe because everything is in one space. Charming, impressive newly renovated place with provided essentials, new furniture and appliances you need for an upscale stay. The hideaway bed is restful, and the décor is in stylish taste. This use to be an ice-cream shop, so it's right next door to a dog grooming place, and some other businesses in the town square. No disturbances or bother to me because I love animals, and it's a safe pleasant walkable neighborhood. I highly suggest this booking

Through the community, there are trails for running, biking, or walking. In the middle of Town Center, there is a beautiful park which you can enjoy the fresh air, sitting out on a picnic blanket while enjoying fresh coffee, pizza, and more from our local businesses. There is also a lake nearby which you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, go fishing, or have a picnic.
