If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, home away from home, this is it. Ample parking in the large driveway was a great benefit! Great location with an easy drive to shopping, beaches and restaurants! We were in area for a family wedding and the house was a perfect base to get ready and still have fun with all the amenities provided. Our little dog was crazy about the giant back yard and all the space to run! Although we had no need to contact the host, he was friendly and welcoming in his communications to us, making check in and check out go very smoothly. Very much hope we have a chance to visit the Salty Dog on another trip!

Maintenance and cleanliness is very low …this place feels like a fraternity rented it for months before our stay …scratched up paint everywhere,moldy shower , pots and pans pretty much unusable ,they came while we Were out and left rear gate open ( glad I have well trained pets or they might have taken off ) , no light on front drive ( very dark when coming in at night ) , tv’s are difficult to operate and figure out , the tree house has no ladder and the trampoline isn’t there ( if your bringing kids ) , the owners are Realtor’s and would expect “a better eye” for cleanliness , I messaged host that we had a family emergency which cut our trip short .. so I was giving them a heads up that we had left early and still haven’t had a response , will never stay at one of their properties again …Very disappointed as someone who uses Air B&B on a regular basis ( since I travel extensively throughout the state for work)

Overall a very nice house for the price, excellent for a group of friends wanting a place to enjoy their vacation. The host Robert is very helpful and kind, and is very chill. Location is great, was concerned that A1A was going to be loud but never heard the highway at all. Worth every penny. Sleeping arrangements were kind of odd for 6 guys, but we made it work. Bean bag was comfy.

Great find! Close to local amenities and the host has kindly provided a little "tourist" bar near the front door with lists of local attractions, restaurants, and activities! Super clean, super spacious, and super fun, will be recommending and hope to stay in the future when I visit family again!
