Perfect place for a girls weekend. There were three of us and we each had our own spacious room.

What captured my friend and I before booking this Airbnb was the beautiful aesthetics and location. It looked to have a group of hosts that held attention to detail with a high standard - and with that we would expect cleanliness with anything that deals with hygienic spaces ( kitchen bathroom)… unfortunately that was not the case. We found ourselves having to rewash kitchen appliances and dishware and my friend found pubic hair on supposedly clean towels. I reached out to hosts with slow responses and “adjustments” to be made that have yet to happen. Overall, the location is great and the space is great but if you do stay and make sure to mind things that deal with hygiene. I do love staying at unique Airbnbs and am mostly disappointed at the lack of accountability with the hosts with this property - if you own several Airbnbs and charge a hefty cleaning charge it’s not unheard of holding high expectations for cleanliness. Perhaps we got an off day with these hosts.

Really nice spot! Close to coffee shops and other cool stuff in East Austin :) host was very nice, accessing the property was easy, great decor and plenty of space. Would recommend!

This place was okay, but pretty dirty floors and definitely not clean under furniture. The shared bathroom looked like it had mold on the walls. My toddler was crawling around and had filthy knees after a minute or two, so not sure how much they clean the floors. To make matters worse, the washer did not spin so we were unable to wash any of our clothes. I notified the host the morning after we arrived (we stayed 4 nights). After being told a tech would come out for days, someone finally came out on the last day only to tell us they’d order the part that would arrive the next day. We were in town solely to be at the hospital due to a family emergency and wanted to extend our stay. We requested this the night before checkout, we were told they’d send us a reservation request. They didn’t send it that night and I guess someone else booked it so we were told the next morning that we needed to get out. Frustrating they didn’t communicate this the day before but they did give late checkout
