This chalet would have been OK if there was no construction. Actually the whole campground is going through a change, and this was not mentioned in the listing. All existing chalets are being taken out and new ones put in. Therefore this campground is actually a construction site not a park. There are trucks, excavators, tractors and heavy equipment running all day and into the late evening. We had to do a formal complaint to the park to at least not have the removal of the trailers done at night or weekends. Especially In the evening it is unsafe when all the heavy machinery is running. The park is a disaster, unsafe and very noisy. The trailer next to this one was taken down and moved while we were there as well as others in the close vicinity, making the surroundings very dirty, dusty and noisy. Unfortunately we were not able to relax and have peace and quiet moments in the nice outdoor sitting area. We did leave early as we could not enjoy our stay in those circumstances. Once all this chaos is done it will be a nice park. The main bed was too hard for us but the futon in the 2nd bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I slept in. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was very friendly and the communication went well besides not being advised of the situation in the park.
