Very good experience. The photos correspond well to reality. Eric was helpful and didn't hesitate to do us a favor. I can only think of one area for improvement: an extra bit of messaging, as the flatmates don't necessarily clean the kitchen. The rest of house was clean. Apart from that, I had a great time in this apartment.

Eric is a nice, polite, and helpful host. I had some requests during my stay and he was very responsive in addressing and solving them. The place is also good to stay with all the needed amenities, however, the place was cleaned less often. My stay could have been more pleasant if the kitchen and washrooms especially were cleaned regularly.

It was a good stay for the summer. Everything was as advertised and affordable. It's 20 mins walking distance from the train station. The weather was always perfect in San Jose so no ac was required.

Great place for long term stays. Communication with Eric was also a breeze and other guests were very polite the few times you do see each other.
