Staying with John and Kathrine was like staying with family friends. They made sure to give us a tour of the beautiful farmhouse whit the sense that it would be partly ours for the duration of the stay. We had the option to be as social or as private as we liked and as generally very social people we took full advantage of getting to know them both. We would highly recommend this very cozy stay and we intend to be back as soon as we can.

Our stay at the Farm exceded our expectations. John and Kathy are very gracious hosts, going above and beyond to provide a unique experience. John curated a thoughtful and delicious breakfast for us each morning. Kathy was so kind to bring us out cross country skiing and ice skating, despite the chilly temperatures. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We appreciated all the thoughtful details from the heated bathroom floors to the Christmas decor. If you are looking for more than “just another Airbnb” then this is the place to stay!

Wow! We have stayed in some great places, but this was exceptional! It is stunning! We were blown away! We took the opportunity to explore the incredible property. The hosts graciously allowed us to use their bikes to explore the countryside. We went to the beach area, walked to the river, sat on the rocks, laid in the grass and more. John let us come with him to feed the chickens. The hosts went the extra mile everyday with their friendly conversations, directions, suggestions for places in the area, and the food was phenomenal. They prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning that left us wanting all the recipes. Kathy hosted a fun night by the fire with apple tasting under the stars and a yummy maple syrup ice cream treat. We are hoping to return in a few years to renew our vows with our kids, family, and best friends! Throughout the B&B there are many cozy rooms and spots. This Airbnb is a MUST stay! You will want to return with loved ones!

John and Kathy are very friendly and welcome you right into their home. John did an excellent job modifying the breakfasts for our dietary restrictions and was more than helpful in setting us up with activities and dining in the area. They have special touches such as the bonfire with apple and whiskey tasting, sharing their bikes, and we loved visiting with them. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful B & B!

John and Kathy were extremely gracious hosts, and their property is magnificent. Extremely clean, awesome linens and bed, quiet, spacious, and a very welcoming environment. John and Kathy take pride in their property, and it shines through in their incredible attention to detail. The setting is idyllic and you can stop looking at other locations now. A highlight for me was doing an apple and whiskey pairing around the fire pit with the other guests during my stay. John’s knowledge of apples and Kathy’s presentation were second to none with a backdrop of incredible fields and views. Side note: I arrived via motorcycle and this is ideal if you’re planning the same. John and Kathy have indoor barn storage for your bike, offer laundry service, and a warm delicious meal when you get off the road. Fuel up on the farm’s fresh eggs in the morning that John will masterfully cook before going wheels up. Nearby, amazing riding and limitless scenery no matter where your path takes you. Thank you!
