Please was really good and house was really clean. I really appreciate Jason response. Only problem with one bathroom and at least if half more bath that would be really appreciate stay.

Perfect house for our weekend away - close the the areas we needed to be yet private and peaceful. Comfortable furnishings amd well stocked. Great yard for the doggies and very clean. Will definitely be back.

Stay was good overall, just a few bumps at check-in. We were 5 adults attending a nearby wedding. The house is on a large private lot, has 5 BRs & sleeps 10 adults, which worked well for our us. There is just one bathroom in the house, but we knew that going in. The place was mostly clean, but had enough dust on shelves etc., to put the cleaning fee amount into question. We could not connect to the wi-fi at first. Turns out the wifi router had been changed but not the link or info in the app; I found the correct info taped to a tv and connected. We had no heat at first; this was not-included in the available amenities, but we didn’t think to look for that in the description when renting in Maine in late September, and it was chilly outside. Jason promptly came out & turned on the heat, and says he’s leaving it on for future rentals. There were no other issues, the beds were very comfortable, and we would stay there again.

Jason was responsive to an issue that ended up happening and was able to give clear instructions on what to do about it. The rooms were very clean and nicely set up, along with the mattresses being extremely comfortable. The streaming services at the house were very vast and entertaining. Not to mention the printer at the house that came in handy when we needed to print something important. All in all Jason’s places was great! Would 100% stay again if given the opportunity.

my guests sent me cute little videos hanging out with some geese ! they seemed to enjoy their stay :)
